Shipping & Delivery
Most orders will ship within one business day of the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. We only ship orders to physical US & Canada addresses (no PO boxes). All orders will ship UPS Ground service, unless expedited services are selected, with no signature required. You will receive an e-mail update once your order has been shipped.

With your return or exchange you will need to include a copy of the original receipt, as well as a daytime phone number.  If you’re sending parts back for an exchange, please include what item(s) you would like in exchange for your return.  Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the parts and packaging are both in brand new undamaged condition.

We suggest using UPS or FedEx when returning shipments to help ensure your package can be tracked and insured.

Payment Information
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard only.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
Viewing Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the order is processing.  You will also be updated once your order is shipped, that email will include a tracking number if applicable.
